How do Thinx underwear work?

Thinx for All Leaks is machine-washable, reusable underwear that replaces single-use disposables. They come in discreet designs that look and feel like regular underwear. Just wear, wash, and reuse them again and again. They absorb leaks, help control odors, and wick away moisture — so you can stay fresh and dry no matter what.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend following the hip measurement to find the most accurate size. Be sure to measure your hips at their widest point, derrière included! Thinx for All Leaks runs true to size but has a bit of natural stretch. If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Take your regular size for a flex fit postpartum.

Is wearing Thinx safe?

Thinx underwear is safe. Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as PFAS, are absolutely not part of our product design and we do not treat our finished products with PFAS. We also take measures to help ensure these substances are not added to our products through material, design, production, facility, and supplier controls. We care deeply about the materials used in our products, putting comfort and safety at the core of our design, development and manufacturing.
